We offer a 72 hours satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not happy with your lashes we will perform a corrective touch-up as long as you re-schedule within 72 hours of your appointment. Please note corrective touch-ups do not apply if you mistakenly wet your lashes within the first 48 hours of application.
We apologize but we are unable to issue cash refunds once services have been performed.
If you are unsatisfied with the corrective action for any reason we will fully remove your lashes at no cost.
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. A $50 deposit is required to schedule all appointments and will be applied to your service cost. If you cancel within 48 hours you will not be charged, but after 48 hours the deposit will become non-refundable. In addition:
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
We apologize but we will not be able to book a new appointment until any prior cancellation balance is paid in full.
