Hello, my name is Irma Vanessa Salmeron, and I take immense pride in being the owner of Karmas Beauty.
At Karmas Beauty, we offer more than just a lash lounge. It is a platform that supports and empowers emerging entrepreneurs in the beauty industry through our Salon Suites. Having worked for eight years and managed other lash lounges, I am well aware of the challenges of feeling replaceable, undervalued, and underpaid in this industry. With the knowledge and experience I have acquired, it has become my mission to assist others in building their dream beauty shops.
My expertise lies in lash extensions, and I also enjoy working with hair. Lash extensions have been my passion ever since my time in cosmetology school. After graduating from PMTSLV, I had the incredible opportunity to travel and teach this skill. Since then, I have continued to share my knowledge and expertise with others.

Lash Instructor Irma V Salmeron
Embark on a rewarding lash application career with KARMAS BEAUTY . Our highly experienced instructor, boasting over eight years of lash instruction and hands-on experience, offers comprehensive and personalized private classes tailored to your schedule. Our classes provide the flexibility for you to learn at your own pace, with the opportunity for free shadowing and live client training. To further enhance your skills, our unique program extends up to 30 days of post-class access to our instructor, enabling you to observe real-life client lashing and seek guidance through any questions that arise.
Please note that a Cosmetology or Esthetician license is a prerequisite for enrollment in our lash courses. This requirement is in line with the licensing regulations of most states, including Nevada, where a license is mandatory for performing lash services for the public and charging for them. It is important to familiarize yourself with your state's licensing laws before enrolling, as all tuition payments are non-refundable.
Our mentoring lash courses are particularly suitable for:
1. Licensed beauty professionals or individuals currently enrolled in a beauty school, seeking to expand their skills and knowledge in lash artistry.
2. Salon managers or owners interested in understanding the benefits of offering lash extensions to their clientele.
3. Aspiring Lash Artists who wish to explore the field before enrolling in a Cosmetology or Esthetic program.
4. Residents of states without specific lash extension licensing requirements.
